Moun Sehat operates healthcare discovery, appointment booking, and patient management infrastructure. This document outlines our data collection, security, and usage policies for verified healthcare partners.
1. Information We Collect
We gather only data essential to operate healthcare partner portals:
- Clinic Profile Data: Clinic name, physical address, PIN code, contact phone, and official logo.
- Doctor Credentials: Full name, medical registration number, clinical specialty, experience, and consultation fees.
- Operational Information: Appointment logs, shift time slots, counter receipts, and support tickets.
- Authentication Secrets: Passwords stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing algorithms. Plaintext passwords are never stored or logged.
2. Public vs. Private Information
Clinic names, addresses, doctor names, specialties, consultation fees, and available booking slots are made available to patients through Moun Sehat's search and booking apps. Clinic account passwords, internal support tickets, and private contact notes remain strictly confidential.
3. Data Security Measures
All administrative communications, patient searches, and token generations occur over secure TLS/SSL encrypted connections. We implement session protection, CSRF token verification, and automated honeypot bot defenses.
