Partner Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a partner clinic on Moun Sehat ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Clinic & Doctor Verification

You represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration (Clinic Name, Address, Licenses) is accurate and current.
• All doctors added to your clinic account hold valid medical licenses to practice in their respective fields.
• You have the authority to act on behalf of the clinic and its staff.

Moun Sehat reserves the right to suspend accounts that fail verification or provide false information.

3. Appointment Management

As a partner, you agree to:

• Keep your availability and doctor schedules up-to-date to prevent overbooking.
• Honor all appointments booked through the Platform unless an emergency occurs.
• Notify patients promptly via the Platform if an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled.

4. Patient Data Privacy

You agree to handle all patient data (names, records, contact info) accessed through the Platform in strict compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, or local regulations). You shall not use patient data for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

5. Service Fees & Payments

Moun Sehat may charge a commission or subscription fee for the use of the Platform. Details of these fees are outlined in your separate Commercial Agreement. Failure to pay fees may result in account suspension.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
