Partner Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a clinic or healthcare provider on Moun Sehat ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or utilize our partner portal.
2. Clinic & Specialist Verification
You represent and warrant that:
- All information provided during registration (Clinic Name, Physical Address, Regulatory Registration) is truthful, accurate, and kept up-to-date.
- All doctors and healthcare specialists added to your clinic roster possess active, valid medical licenses to practice in their respective jurisdictions.
- Clinic accounts are subject to administrative review and approval prior to public portal access.
3. Appointment Scheduling & Patient Token Desk
As a clinic partner, you agree to:
- Maintain accurate shift schedules and available slot durations to prevent patient overbooking and excessive waiting times.
- Honor confirmed appointments and tokens generated via both online patient bookings and walk-in counter operations.
- Promptly update appointment statuses (e.g. Visited, Cancelled, Rescheduled) to ensure synchronized patient records.
4. Patient Privacy & Data Protection
All patient health records, phone numbers, contact information, and medical notes accessed through Moun Sehat must be safeguarded in strict compliance with applicable healthcare data privacy regulations. You shall never use patient records for unauthorized advertising or third-party disclosure.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
Moun Sehat reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts that fail credential verification, violate medical conduct standards, or breach patient trust.
